GUARANTEES AND LIABILITIES
Guarantees
Products sold by AUBE Cosmetic are covered by applicable legal guarantees in accordance with current regulations, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.
These guarantees do not apply to damage resulting from misuse, use not in accordance with recommendations, negligence, lack of maintenance, or any other external cause beyond the control of AUBE Cosmetic.
Responsibilities
AUBE Cosmetic shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer or from a case of force majeure.
Force majeure shall be defined as any unforeseeable, irresistible event beyond the control of the parties, making the normal performance of their obligations impossible.
AUBE Cosmetic shall also not be held liable for any malfunction, interruption, or damage related to the use of the Internet or third-party services.
COMPLAINT HANDLING
In the event of a complaint, the Customer is asked to contact AUBE Cosmetic’s customer service department as soon as possible.
Upon receiving their order, the Customer must check the condition of the products. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, they must inform customer service before returning it.
After reviewing the request, AUBE Cosmetic may request the return of the product in question. If the defect or error is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable regulations. Refunds, when accepted, will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the laws in force in the country where AUBE Cosmetic is established.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal proceedings. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
