Products sold by AUBE Cosmetic are covered by applicable legal guarantees in accordance with current regulations, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.<\/p>

In the event of a complaint, the Customer is asked to contact AUBE Cosmetic’s customer service department as soon as possible.<\/p>

Upon receiving their order, the Customer must check the condition of the products. If a product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, they must inform customer service before returning it.<\/p>

After reviewing the request, AUBE Cosmetic may request the return of the product in question. If the defect or error is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be offered in accordance with applicable regulations. Refunds, when accepted, will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
